SMCS (Indaiatuba/SP, Brazil) operates smcs.com.br, interactive demos and the Sofia chat widget, backed by the API at demos.smcs.com.br.

Data we process

• Contact form: name, email, interest, message.
• Widget/demos: conversation content, details you type, session metadata, automated triage.
• Technical logs: IP, user-agent, pages viewed; analytics (GA4, LinkedIn Insight).

Purposes

Responding to enquiries, running demos, product improvement, security and legal compliance. Demos are illustrative — do not submit sensitive or third-party confidential data.

Sharing

Infrastructure providers (hosting, database, LLM API) as needed to operate the service. We do not sell personal data.
